App2Day Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This privacy policy explains what information will be collected by App2Day, how the information
will be used, and how you can control the collection, correction and/or deletion of information.

App2Day (“Service”) is developed by Tecinspire Ltd (“we” or “us”). The information that we request will be retained by us
and used as described in this privacy policy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described
in this privacy policy.

Please read this privacy policy before using our service App2Day. If you choose to use our App2day, then you agree to the
collection and use of information according to this policy.

Information we collect

(a) User-provided information.

While using App2Day, you provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to: User
profile and other registration information (Calendar, Events, Messages, Contacts, Pictures). When you install App2Day,
it does not require any special permissions to access your device. App2Day may need permissions to your device
in the following situations and reasons: Camera: For adding photos to profile picture, chat or event pictures.
Your photos won’t be shared with third parties without your permission. Gallery: For uploading photos to profile
picture, chat or event picture. Your photos won’t be shared with third parties without your permission. Location:
For displaying location on App2Day, for directions and estimation of your travel times. We don’t track your position.
We don’t share your location to third parties, except for map and navigation provider. Contacts: For letting you
choose a friend who you can send an invite SMS. Your contacts are visible only to you. Your contacts from mobile
device are not stored into App2Day server. Mobile device contacts are used only to invite your network into App2Day.
Needed permissions are asked when these functionalities are used first time

(b) Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information
(through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your
device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when
utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

(c) Cookies

Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your
browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your device internal memory. This Service does not use
these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collection
information and to improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know
when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some
portions of this Service.

We use technologies, such as cookies, to customise content and advertising, to provide social media features and to analyse traffic to the site. We also share information about your use of our site with our trusted social media, advertising and analytics partners.

(d) Integrated services

You may be given the option to access or register for the App2Day through certain services provided by third parties (each,
an “Integrated Service”), such as through the use of your Google or Facebook account, or otherwise have the option
to authorize an Integrated Service to provide Personal Data or other information to us.

By authorizing us to connect with an Integrated Service, you authorize us to access and store your personal information in
these services available to us, and to use and disclose it in accordance with this Policy. You should check your
privacy settings on each Integrated Service to understand what information that Integrated Service makes available
to us, and make changes as appropriate. Please review each Integrated Service’s terms of use and privacy policies
carefully before using their services and connecting to our Service.

Managing Your Information

You can review, correct, update or delete inaccuracies to the information about you directly from App2Day service. We will
retain your data for as long as you use App2Day. You can stop all collection of information easily by uninstalling
App2Day. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via
the mobile application marketplace or network.

If you’d like us to delete all user data that you have provided, please contact us at ​ and we will respond
in a reasonable time.

Under the Data Protection Laws, you have a right to:

  • Access a copy of your personal data;
  • Correct or update your personal data;
  • Request the deletion of your personal data;
  • Object to the processing of your personal data where we are relying on a legitimate interest;

  • Withdraw your consent to certain processing activities (where consent is the legal basis for those processing activities).

How we protect your information

App2Day is concerned with protecting your privacy and personal data. We maintain appropriate administrative, technical and
physical safeguards to protect personal data. App2Day data transmission is encrypted using secure socket layer
technology (SSL). We also employ application layer security features to further anonymize personal data.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore we cannot
ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to App2Day or guarantee that your information on
the service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of any of our industry standard physical,
technical or managerial safeguards. In the event that personal information is compromised as a breach of security,
we will promptly notify our customers in compliance with applicable law.

How we use information that we collect

We may use the information we collect to operate, provide customer support, personalize, improve, offer, maintain and protect
our Services.

App2Day includes advertising. We may use the information we collect to improve the advertisements more relevant to you.

App2day uses third party services that may collect information from you. These third party service providers have their own
privacy policies:

  • Google Firebase Analytics

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note
that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy
of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices
of any third-party sites or services.

Children’s Privacy

We do not use App2Day to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes
aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us

Law Enforcement, Legal Process and Compliance

We may disclose Personal Data or other information if required to do so by law or in belief that such action is necessary
to comply with applicable laws, in response to a facially valid court order, judicial or other government subpoena
or warrant, or to otherwise cooperate with law enforcement or other governmental agencies.

We also reserve the right to disclose Personal Data or other information that we believe, in good faith, is appropriate or

to an acquirer, or successor or assignee as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of assets, or
similar transaction, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which information
is transferred to one or more third parties as one of our business assets, for the sole purpose of continuing the
